We understand purchases don’t always work out. Items may be returned for refund or replacement in certain cases.
In case of ordering a product by your own mistake, we will accept returns with a 20% restocking fee (When returning a product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charge)
Please email us and indicate whether you'd like to receive a credit or a refund in the original form of payment. We will then send you an email with the Return Authorization Number.
When returning a product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charge. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Carefully pack the item in its original shipping box, or a sturdy, plain cardboard box. Print the Return Number and return address label included in the email and attach it to the box. Visit your local store of agreed carrier to ship the item back to us.
After your package arrives at our fulfillment center, please allow 5 business days for the item to be processed back into our inventory. For refunds, allow another 10 days for your financial institution to credit your account/card.
