How can I buy from your website?

Use our search engine to find your spare part and add it to the cart. After adding parts to the cart you can goto your cart and Contact us for calculate shipping cost to your location. But before this you must register yourself as a client.

When you are online?

We are online weekdays 09:00 to 18:30. On Saturdays 09:30 to 13:00 GMT+2. Afterwork hours we occasionally check our chat channel and e-mails. Feel free to write us or mail us.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Please inform us before using AMEX which we have some issues time to time. We also accept Western Union and bank wire transfers, please contact with us:[email protected]

Is my credit card information protected?

Yes. Our website is encrypted using SSL (https://). Also we are not processing your payment. We never see your card details. All the process is done in secure channels in payment providers servers and only we see accepted or rejected details. Our credit card payment processor and our website is fully PCI compliant. So, we are not seeing, processing or recording your credit cards.

How can I search a part?

Search is in the top of the screen, you can use it whenever you want.

What I must do after finding the part(s) I’m looking for?

After adding part(s) to the cart, you must contact us to calculate shipping cost to your location

Why I can’t see the exact cost online, including shipment?

It’s difficult to calculate the shipping costs to your address. Also different carriers use different price policies to your location and sometimes they give special shipping discounts to specific locations. To calculate shipping price, we need your full address with postal code.

When will my order ship?

After payment confirmation, if all parts are in stock, we ship in 24 hours in weekdays. If the items you are looking are not in the stocks, we will return you to about lead time.

What if the parts I ordered are not in stock?

Depending on the international availabillty of the products, lead times can change. Please ask us for the lead time.

Where is my tracking number?

After the shipment, we will enter your tracking number to your account and mail it to you. If you didn’t get it just inform us.

My tracking number is invalid?

Errors can happen, if your tracking number gives an error please e-mail us at [email protected]

Orders and Returns

How do I return or exchange an item, my item arrived Damaged/Defective?

We work hard to ensure items arrive in perfect condition, but we understand that isn't always the case. Please feel free to call us for any inconveniance.

What is your Damaged Item procedure?

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If damage has occurred on the way, please let the freight carrier know that you refuse the package. This allows us to file a claim against the damaged item. Please contact our Customer Service immediately (must be within 5 days) by sending an email to: [email protected] We will handle the issue immediately. *Please be prepared to send photos/video of the issue.

What is your Defective Item procedure?

If your item is defective please contact our Customer Service immediately by sending an email to: [email protected]. Defective items must be reported within 3 calendar days *Please be prepared to send photos/video of the issue so we can review and troubleshoot.

Wrong Product Shipment:

In case of receiving different product than ordered by our or the manufacturer’s mistake, please contact our Customer Service immediately (must be within 5 days) by sending an email to: [email protected]. We will handle the replacement process immediately. *Please be prepared to send photos/video of the issue.

Which parts are not returnable?

Installed, tried, tested parts can not be returned. Also electrical parts can not be returned.

Can I return operators, parts or service manual that I ordered?

No, ordered documents can not be returned.

Should I refuse a shipment as a way to return my order?

No. Please accept all packages and contact us for a resolution.

Privacy Policy

How do you handle my private information?

Your account details like address, e-mail and order details are private datas. In no instance will your information be shared or sold to any third party.

How is my credit card information handled?

We use a "PCI Compliant" merchant company. We don't store your card info. When you submit your payment info on our website its sent directly to our merchant with no trace on our servers. We are given a unique charging ID that we can use to transact on your credit card, but is no good to any party in the event of a data breach.

Terms of Service

Any sales tax collected?

Our prices are including all the taxes except shipping costs and customs taxes valid to your country. We are not responsible any tax, storage fee etc. asked from legal authorities, we can not calculate or control them.

Terms and Conditions of a sale?

Our goal is always to sell the right parts. In the event you are supplied the wrong item by our staff, we will make it right at no cost to you. Orders placed without the assistance of our staff are subject to shipping and restocking costs to correct the error.

Part Availability and Pricing Changes?

Selling parts online is challenging. We have tens thousands of products in our database, we often do not know if our vendors still have a part available, or if they have substituted one part for another. Our staff can occasionally find discontinued items, or we may go to order a part and find out the details have changed. That said, we reserve the right to update pricing and availability beyond what’s posted online.

International orders

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We can ship all parts, all over the world.

What freight carriers to you use to ship internationally?

We are working with all major carriers TNT/Fedex/UPS/DHL. Also depending on your needs we can use your carrier or another shipment company. Please feel free to contact us about shipment options.

How long will my order take to ship internationally?

We ship the items within 24 hours after payment confirmation if the item is in stock. Most of the packages arrive in 4-5 business days to your location depending on your customs. Delays from the carrier or the customs are not in our control.

Why am I being asked to pay with a wire transfer rather than a credit card?

Any international order over a predetermined dollar amount will require a wire transfer for payment. This is to combat credit card fraud. Once a relationship is established with a customer we may allow other payment options.

How do you ship packages?

Can I bill shipping costs to my UPS, TNT, DHL or FedEx account number?

Yes. When placing your order, please provide your account number to the account representative you speak to, or provide your account number in the notes field when placing a web order.

How are your freight costs determined?

All shipping costs are determined by the size of the package and the weight. At times dimensional sizes will escalate a package into a higher rate category than what the actual weight would call for.

Why is the cost of shipping so high for a small part?

UPS, DHL, TNT and FedEx have minimum charges regardless of the size and cost of the part. Often times adding additional parts to a small order will not significantly increase the freight charge.

My web order did not show a freight cost.

A customer service rep will contact you with an estimated freight cost. The parts you ordered may be heavy or oversized and our freight calculator was unable to determine a fair cost.

I received a freight cost on my web order, and now received an email or phone call indicating my freight costs are higher. Why?

The most likely explanation is that our freight calculator was unable to determine dimensional size and/or weight, and upon processing your shipment, the freight handling software calculated a freight cost much higher than we originally estimated. We offer thousands of part numbers and don't have sizes or weights for every sible of the items.
